Please consider the Alvin E. Heaps Memorial Scholarship from the RWDSU. All Local 1102 members or their family are eligible to apply! The scholarship honors the former RWDSU President Alvin E. Heaps by awarding applicants in our union family for academic excellence and understanding of the union difference.
