Member Of The Month Each month, Local 1102 recognizes a member who distinguishes themselves in the shop or in their community.

Michelle Chiarello has been employed with NY&CO for over 10 years. She currently works at the Kings Plaza location where she also holds the title of shop steward. Michelle knows the importance of being treated fairly and because of this she looks out for everyone there and always gives information when needed. Michelle embraces NY&CO as a whole- she loves the people, the company and their vision.

Family and Friends is very important to Michelle, she is married and has recently become an aunt. Michelle loves to go to the beach and most importantly loves traveling, a trip to Italy is foreseen in the future. Michelle loves her job and is currently learning the visual merchandising aspect.

There is no issue too big or small that Michelle won't address and that is what makes her an outstanding shop steward.
