UFCW Women’s Network Childcare Winners: Milvia Ramirez, Modells Sporting Goods and Solanyi Garcia, Old London Foods

Two local 1102 members each won $ 1,000.00 towards childcare expenses: Milvia Ramirez, who works as a receiving clerk at Modells’ Distribution center said, “I usually spend a thousand dollars a month on childcare, so it was great to be debt free for a month.” Solanyi Garcia, a three year member at Old London Foods said, “If I was not a member of Local 1102 I wouldn’t have opportunities like this.” Congratulations to our winners!
