The Union, through its collective bargaining agreements helps members during their retirement years, by providing pension benefits as a reward for years of service. Many of our retired participants rely on their monthly pension to supplement their Social Security income. The Local 1102 Retirement Trust, Retirement Fund, Retirement Savings Fund, Pension Fund and Storeworkers Security Plans are administered at the Pension Fund offices in Westbury, New York. Benefits include:

Defined Benefit Plans: Monthly benefits based upon years of employment
Defined Contribution Plans: Savings plans based upon employer contributions into the Fund

Check your collective bargaining agreement and Summary Plan Description to see if you are eligible for pension benefits.
